Kim Lien relic site participates in scientific conference on museum and relic display

The workshop was chaired by Dr. Phan Tien Dung - Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Thua Thien Hue, Dr. Vu Manh Ha - Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum, and Ms. Le Thuy Chi - Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum of Thua Thien Hue.

The workshop identified innovation in exhibitions as a vital issue to affirm the position and importance of museums and relics in social life, awaken the inherent potential of heritage treasures and to keep up with the development trend of society.

The workshop received 50 presentations from scientific researchers, key leaders of museums and branch relics, along with many comments and discussions. Kim Lien relic site had a presentation with the content "Exhibition work at Kim Lien relic site - Some innovative solutions".

The presentations not only reflect the current situation but also propose a rich system of solutions, approaching the problem from many aspects such as the application of science and technology, socialization, aesthetic principles in design, public approach, cooperation between museums, international cooperation as well as emphasizing the role of local authorities in the museum sector... in order for the public to receive history in all forms and aspects.
