On July 16, Mr. Nguyen Van Len - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of An Giang said that preparations for the Ceremony to receive the Certificate of ranking as a special national relic for the President Ton Duc Thang Memorial Site in My An Hamlet, My Hoa Hung Commune (Long Xuyen City) are ready.

Accordingly, at exactly 9:00 a.m. on July 17, the Ceremony to Receive the Certificate of National Special Relic Ranking will officially open. The Party and State delegation will visit the Temple and cut the ribbon to inaugurate the restoration of Uncle Ton's Stilt House. After the stage show with the scene "The name of Ton Duc Thang will shine forever" and the speech praising the great contributions of President Ton Duc Thang by the Party and State leaders, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Vuong Binh Thanh will receive the Certificate of National Special Relic Ranking.
According to the plan, on the evening of July 17, there will be a special cultural program performed by artists and children from An Giang province, and at 9:30 p.m., there will be a 15-minute low-altitude fireworks display.
