In addition, the Provincial Party Committee focused on directing measures to remove difficulties for businesses; focused on harvesting the spring crop, implementing summer-autumn production; promoted the implementation of the contents and tasks of the 2013 new rural construction plan... Thanks to that, the economic situation in the first 5 months of the year achieved good results, with growth, notably with the increase in the number of tourists, reaching a revenue of more than 274 billion VND; investment certificates were granted to 21 projects with a total registered capital of over 1,317 billion VND; many advances were made in the socio-cultural fields; national defense and security and social order and safety were maintained; the work of building the Party, government, front and people's organizations was strengthened.

After representatives of the Party building committees directly answered the recommendations from the grassroots, the Provincial Party Secretary concluded: In the coming time, it is necessary to focus on consolidating a strong grassroots political system, directing the implementation of the tasks of socio-economic development, national defense and security; strengthening inspection and supervision; strengthening Party building work and mastering cadre work; combating illegal proselytizing, consolidating the political system in religious areas.
Strengthen the cadres to go to the grassroots, grasp the situation at the grassroots level. Direct the mid-term conference, draw lessons from the limitations and shortcomings, propose tasks and solutions to effectively implement the targets and goals. Focus on directing the work of voting for confidence in cadres to ensure democracy and objectivity.
