Comrade Dinh Viet Hong spoke at the working session with Nam Dan district. |
After inspecting the actual situation, comrade Dinh Viet Hong requested the construction management unit and Nam Dan district to focus on implementing flood and storm prevention work well, with a focus on the 4 on-site motto. For projects under construction, it is necessary to speed up the progress but ensure quality to put the projects into use before the rainy and stormy season. For weak dams that do not have capital for repair, local authorities need to have a relocation plan to ensure people's safety. Each project needs a specific and detailed flood and storm prevention plan. In 2014, there will be no new capital from the Central Government for flood and storm prevention projects. The province will try to arrange and prioritize funding sources and support the repair of essential project items before the rainy and stormy season.
