(Baonghean.vn) -This afternoon, June 26, Nghe An Department of Home Affairs coordinated with Nghe An Customs Department to inspect administrative reform work at Vinh Customs Branch and Cua Lo Port Customs Branch.

The inspection showed that the two units have been active in administrative reform, applying the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 standards; and have implemented electronic customs procedures. Of which, at Vinh Customs Branch, the number of enterprises declaring electronic customs procedures reached 61.5%; at Cua Lo Port Customs Branch, nearly 50%. Every year, the units have also conducted information activities, supporting enterprises through dialogue conferences, transferring administrative and legal procedures via the network system.

Check electronic customs declaration on the network system.

However, due to the unstable transmission infrastructure, it affects the customs declaration of enterprises online. Nghe An enterprises are mainly small and medium-sized, so the standards for electronic customs declaration are not yet met.

The inspection team noted the issues that need to be resolved, and on that basis, reported and proposed to the province and Nghe An Customs Department solutions to promote administrative reform in the entire sector in the province.
