Implementing the overall program of State administrative reform in the People's Public Security Forces, the Party Committee and leaders of Vinh City Police have focused on directing synchronously and drastically, building many plans to propose specific implementation solutions. In which, the breakthrough is to focus on reforming administrative procedures at the "one-stop shop" for household registration management, ID card issuance, registration of conditional business lines in terms of security and order and the traffic police sector. Vinh City Police focuses on consolidating the organizational structure, arranging officers and soldiers to work directly at the one-stop shop, posting relevant documents, publicizing policies and decisions of all levels in areas related to administrative procedures for citizens and businesses that meet 5 requirements: simple, concise, clear, public and transparent; fastest and most convenient implementation for people and business organizations; enthusiastic, thoughtful, dedicated and attentive service attitude of officers and soldiers; Ensure facilities and equipment meet work requirements; enhance responsibility in receiving and resolving citizens' problems, recommendations, complaints and denunciations; promptly and thoroughly handle backlog of cases related to administrative reform.

At the working session, the Interdisciplinary Inspection Team highly appreciated the results of the administrative reform work of Vinh City Police. The Team suggested that in the coming time, Vinh City Police should invest in equipment and build software to apply online public services to handle administrative procedures.
