The inspection team on law compliance of the Maxken water purifier assembly and trading facility of Hong Ha Technology Development Joint Stock Company (in Hamlet 6, Dien Tho Commune, Dien Chau) was led by Mr. Nguyen Phuong Vi - Deputy Captain of Market Management Team No. 1.

The inspection contents include: checking administrative procedures related to business activities; checking goods and invoices and documents related to goods; checking product labels according to regulations.

The inspection results (shown in the Minutes No. 0006301/BB-KT dated May 4) are as follows: At the time of inspection, Mr. Luyen (Vo Van Luyen, Director of Hong Ha Technology Development Joint Stock Company - PV) presented the business registration certificate of the joint stock company No. 2901725334 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment on June 26, 2014; Contract in principle for supplying RO water purifier components between Tecomen Joint Stock Company and Hong Ha Technology Development Joint Stock Company No. 1610/15/HDNT-TC-HH dated October 16, 2015, goods with VAT invoice No. 0000645-TE/15P dated April 9, 2016 attached to the import goods declaration.

Regarding goods: Actual inspection at the assembly facility found 9 completed water purifiers with labels: Maxkll water purifier - assembly location: Hong Ha Technology Development Joint Stock Company - Assembly workshop: Dien Tho, Dien Chau, Nghe An. 10 sets of completely installed filter cores (including one filter core with the words Filmtec Membranes Madein USA); on the filter core mounting bracket, the words Filmtec Membranes Madein USA are written.

Inspection team's opinion: Conduct a record of the above inspection results at the company's assembly workshop where the Maxken brand water purifier is being assembled and no violations were found after inspection.

Previously, on April 29, 2016, Market Management Team No. 1 coordinated with Dien Chau Police to inspect the assembly workshop of Hong Ha Technology Development Joint Stock Company twice. There, goods were scattered everywhere. From assembled water purifiers; unlabeled components, labeled components; Madein USA labels, "imported goods" labels... Due to the absence of the owner, the inspection team counted and asked the workers here to keep the scene intact. However, by May 4, 2016, the assembly workshop had been "cleaned up".
