Surprise inspection of administrative discipline compliance in agencies
(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of May 8, the Department of Home Affairs coordinated with the Internal Affairs Committee and the Provincial Inspectorate to discuss solutions to implement the direction of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on establishing an inspection team to inspect the implementation of discipline and administrative discipline.
According to the directive No. 2764/UBND-TH of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Duong, the Department of Home Affairs took the lead in advising the Provincial People's Committee to establish a working group to inspect the compliance with discipline and order in all departments, branches and localities. At the meeting, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and the Provincial Inspectorate agreed to submit to the Provincial People's Committee to establish 3 working groups ready to conduct surprise inspections in units and localities. Specific implementation solutions were discussed to strengthen inspection and detect officials and civil servants who violate internal rules and regulations, violate working hours (such as drinking alcohol, beer, coffee and doing private work during office hours), violate speaking regulations, etc.

The interdisciplinary working groups will closely coordinate with the people and the agencies of Nghe An Newspaper, the provincial Radio and Television Station to grasp the situation, conduct inspections, accurately reflect the situation to agencies and localities and report to the Provincial People's Committee to have plans to handle violating officials. This is one of the activities contributing to promoting the implementation of Directive 17 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee (dated December 3, 2013) and Directive No. 10 of the Provincial People's Committee (dated April 6, 2013) on "Continuing to strengthen discipline and administrative discipline in agencies and units in Nghe An".
