There are restaurants that are suspected of allowing waitresses to sell sex on the premises to customers in need.
At 5:20 p.m. on July 6, the delegation suddenly raided and inspected Tien Kim Tien Trading and Service Company Limited at 20 Bui Dinh Tuy Street, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, managed by Mr. Nguyen Van Tan (residing in Ninh Binh).
At the time the Delegation raided and inspected, they discovered that 4 rooms had guests singing karaoke inside. In each room, there were 3-5 waitresses wearing revealing, erotic bikinis to entertain guests.
Among them was a female student from Ho Chi Minh City University of Electricity, also dressed in revealing clothes, serving customers. This restaurant has reserved the 4th and 5th floors with sofas, suspected of being used for waitresses to sell sex on the spot.
During the working session, the inspection team found 13 administrative violations of the facility such as operating karaoke without a license, using pornographic services, not conducting health checks before recruitment, not signing labor contracts with employees, not providing the inspection team with documents related to the inspection content...
Previously, at 10:45 p.m. on July 4, the delegation also inspected Thien Dang Restaurant Trading and Service Company Limited, No. 213, D2 Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, managed by Mr. Do Tan Toi (residing in District 7).
This restaurant was also found guilty of 18 administrative violations by the Inspection Team.
At 2:00 a.m. on July 5, the delegation also coordinated with the Social Order Crime Investigation Police Team and Binh Thanh District Police to raid the Hong Anh Hotel at 247 Phan Van Han, Ward 17, Binh Thanh District, catching two couples in the act of prostitution. One of them was a female prostitute under 16 years old.
Currently, Binh Thanh District police are investigating a prostitution ring.
On the night of July 5, the Delegation also coordinated with the Department of Investigation of Crimes on Social Order (PC45), Ho Chi Minh City police, to catch two couples in the act of prostitution at Thao Phuc and Cat Tuong hotels, Ward 17, Binh Thanh District.
