Checking the progress of granting land use right certificates and land consolidation in Hung Nguyen
(Baonghean.vn) –After the inspection program in Thanh Chuong, on the afternoon of July 1, the provincial working delegation led by Mr. Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the progress of granting land use right certificates and the implementation of Directive 08 of the Provincial Party Committee on land consolidation and plot exchange in Hung Nguyen district.
The delegation visited Hung Tan commune - a purely agricultural commune that has effectively implemented the above two tasks in Hung Nguyen district.

Up to now, the entire Hung Nguyen district has issued agricultural land use right certificates to over 24,600 households with an area of over 8,500 hectares, reaching a rate of 99%, and issued forestry land use right certificates to 71 households with a total area of 310 hectares, reaching over 26%, while over 300 households have not been issued land use right certificates with a total area of over 400 hectares. For rural residential land, certificates have been issued to over 24,000 households with a total area of 750 hectares, reaching a rate of over 96%. For urban residential land, the entire district has issued certificates to 2,000 households with a total area of 33,000 hectares, reaching a rate of 97%...
Regarding the land consolidation work according to Directive 08 of the Provincial Party Committee, some communes such as Hung Lam, Hung Tay, Hung Tan, Hung Thang, Hung Chau... have performed well. However, due to the specificity of being located in the vicinity of Vinh city, the mentality of many people wanting to stabilize production has partly created difficulties, obstacles and delays in the land consolidation work.

At the meeting, district-level delegates and representatives of relevant departments and agencies discussed and exchanged opinions, and made recommendations on problems in the issuance of land use right certificates and the implementation of land consolidation according to Directive 08 of the Party Committee in Hung Nguyen. Comrade Dinh Viet Hong assessed that the implementation of land use right certificates and Directive 08 on land consolidation in Hung Nguyen is currently among the slowest compared to other districts in the delta. He requested the district to participate in focusing on propaganda and explaining to people the purpose of land consolidation and actively implement it with all levels and agencies to ensure the set goals...
