Inspecting the implementation of Directive 19-CT/TU at the Party Committee of Provincial Agencies.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 1, the working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department had a working session with the Party Committee's Standing Committee to survey the implementation of Directive No. 19-CT/TU "on implementing a cultural lifestyle in weddings for cadres, party members, workers and civil servants".

Evaluation of 12 years of implementing Directive 19 CT/TU at the Party Committee of the Bloc has achieved remarkable results: Party committees, professional leaders, and grassroots organizations regularly disseminate and raise awareness for party members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in agencies and units; provide orientation and suggestions for families of civil servants, public employees, and youth union members of family-building age to organize economical and civilized wedding ceremonies. Before each wedding in the agency or unit, the Party Cell and agency organize meetings with couples to listen to introductions, reports, and directly share and advise on organizing wedding ceremonies according to the new lifestyle as well as the responsibility to join hands in building a happy home.

Implementing the direction of the Party Committee of the Bloc, every year, the grassroots Party Committees include the content of signing a commitment to strictly implement Directive 19 CT/TU for the team of cadres, civil servants, and public employees, especially those who are of marriageable age and their children and relatives of civil servants and public employees of marriageable age, considering this as a criterion for evaluating and classifying Party members at the end of the year. In addition, the grassroots Party Committees have linked the implementation of the Directive with the summary of 15 years of implementing Resolution 5 of the 8th Party Central Committee on building and developing an advanced Vietnamese culture with strong national identity; summarizing 5 years of implementing Directive 03-CT/TW of the 11th Politburo on "continuing to promote studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh". Studying Resolution 33 NQ/TW on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development.

The Party Committee Standing Committee has determined that in the coming time, it will combine the implementation of Directive 19 with the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", with the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo (12th tenure) on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; focusing on strengthening the quality and effectiveness of cultural families, neighborhoods, agencies and cultural units. Enhance the exemplary role of cadres and party members, especially party members holding leadership and management positions in implementing the Directive; Make the criteria for implementing a civilized lifestyle in weddings the criteria for evaluating and considering emulation titles of party members, cadres, civil servants and public employees every year.
