(Baonghean.vn) - Continuing to implement Official Dispatch No. 2049/BGTVT-VT of the Ministry of Transport on health checks for drivers, on the morning of March 20, at Vinh Bus Station, Nghe An Department of Transport in collaboration with Nghe An Automobile Transport Association, Bus Station Management Board, Transport Hospital organized health checks for more than 300 drivers of Binh Minh Transport Service Cooperative and Nghe An Passenger Transport Business Joint Stock Cooperative.

The purpose of the health check is to screen drivers who do not meet health standards, drivers who use stimulants or banned substances. Absolutely do not allow drivers who do not meet health standards to operate vehicles for transport business. The health check for the driver team in Nghe An will be divided into many sessions, organized at many locations, ensuring that 100% of the driver team in Nghe An will be checked.

During this general inspection, the Department of Transport resolutely requested transport businesses not to continue signing contracts or not to issue departure orders to drivers who have not had a health check or do not meet the necessary health conditions.
