Strengthening human resources in 5 localities

The provinces of Kon Tum, Binh Duong, Lai Chau, Dong Thap, and Khanh Hoa have just completed the work of personnel.

On July 1, comrade Duong Van Trang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee, presented Decision No. 1722-QD-TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the transfer, assignment and appointment of comrade Huynh Quoc Huy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Ngoc Hoi District Party Committee to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda Department of the Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee, replacing comrade Le Thi Kim Don, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, who retired according to the regime, from July 1, 2020.

* On July 1, comrade Nguyen Hoang Thao, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and comrade Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province chaired the handover of decisions on personnel work.

Accordingly, the leaders of Binh Duong province decided to appoint comrade Le Minh Tung, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Binh Duong Newspaper, to hold the position of Editor-in-Chief of Binh Duong Newspaper;

Re-appointing comrade Nguyen Vinh Toan to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Binh Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board;

Re-appoint comrade Tran Duc Thinh to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs and Head of the Religious Committee of Binh Duong province;

Decision to accept comrade Pham Thanh Nhan, Head of Internal Political Protection Department, Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to work at the Department of Home Affairs and appoint him to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Binh Duong province.

The Standing Committee of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee also presented the decision of the Chief of the National Assembly Office appointing comrade Do Huu Tung, Specialist of the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation of Binh Duong.

* On the morning of July 1, comrade Le Xuan Than, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Vice Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, presented the decision of the Head of the National Assembly Office, appointing comrade Bui Thi Yen, specialist of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Office, to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Khanh Hoa Provincial National Assembly Delegation from July 1, 2020.

Previously, on the afternoon of June 30, comrade Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, presented the decision to appoint comrade Nguyen Van Minh to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Khanh Hoa province, for a term of 5 years from July 1, 2020.

On the same day, comrade Nguyen Tan Tuan, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, handed over the decision to transfer and appoint comrade Nguyen Thanh Ha, Vice Chairman of Ninh Hoa Town People's Committee, to work at the Department of Culture and Sports, holding the position of Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, for a period of 5 years from July 1, 2020.

* Previously, on June 30, at the 11th session, term XX, the People's Council of Tan Uyen district, Lai Chau elected comrade Bui Huy Phuong, Deputy Secretary, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan Uyen district, Lai Chau province.

At the same time, the delegates elected comrade Le Thanh Huy, Director of the Project Management Board and Resettlement Compensation Board, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan Uyen district, Lai Chau province.

* On the afternoon of June 30, comrade Nguyen Thanh Hung, Vice Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee, presented the decision to receive and appoint comrade Phan Van Hop, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of Tam Nong District Party Committee to hold the position of Director of Dong Thap Provincial Department of Home Affairs, starting from July 1, 2020.
