Mr. Phuc is just one of the investors using remittances in local real estate this year. According to the State Bank of Vietnam, remittances to Vietnam in 2021 are estimated to reach 12.5 billion USD. Compared to 2020, the amount of remittances in 2021 increased by 10%, despite the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic.
