Signing of the twinning agreement with Division 1 - Lao People's Revolutionary Army
(Baonghean)On the morning of July 1, Division 324 held a ceremony to celebrate the 57th anniversary of its founding (July 1, 1955 - July 1, 2012), summarize the emulation movement for victory in the first 6 months of 2012 and launch an emulation campaign with the theme "When drinking water, remember its source" from July 1 to September 30, 2012.
After the anniversary ceremony, Division 324 organized the signing of the twinning agreement between the Division and Division 1 (Laos) under the witness of representatives of the two countries' Defense Ministries and the head of the Military Region 4 Command.
The two sides agreed on a number of cooperation contents in 2012 and the following years such as: Actively coordinate and promptly inform each other of the situation related to the stationing area, unit building tasks, and combat readiness tasks; Division 324 is ready to help Division 1 (Laos) to foster a number of contents, technical and tactical training methods, experience in building VMTD units, increasing production and some training materials for living and studying; Strengthening cooperation and exchange of delegations within the framework of cooperation between the two countries' Defense Ministries and the Military Region 4 Command...
