Signing of coordination between the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Party Committee of the Provincial Government Agencies

(Baonghean.vn) -This afternoon, August 21, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee had a working session with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies to review the coordination results in 2011 and the first 6 months of 2012. Attending the meeting were comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee.

In 2011 and the first 6 months of 2012, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Party Executive Committee of the provincial agencies have well implemented the coordination regulations between the two sides. Actively exchanging information on the results of implementing political tasks of provincial departments, branches and sectors. From there, there has been timely direction, inspection and correction of activities to improve the proactiveness, quality of consulting, service, direction, operation and organization of implementation of departments, branches and sectors, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic goals. Coordinate with units to implement policies on Party building work; political and ideological education work, associated with the implementation of Directive 03 of the Politburo on promoting studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, which has been directed by the Party Executive Committee. Attention has been paid to directing, inspecting, supervising and taking care of Party organization work in provincial departments, branches and sectors; leading the administrative reform work, creating positive changes in the ethics of public service of cadres and civil servants. Through many forms, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee has created conditions for the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies to grasp policies and information related to the political tasks of departments, branches and sectors, and have the opportunity to better understand the activities of the units, thereby having solutions to lead the Party's political organizations to perform well their political tasks.

At the meeting, the two sides exchanged, discussed and agreed to approve the content with 7 key contents to enhance effective coordination in the operation process between the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies in the coming time.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Ho Duc Phoc highly appreciated the coordination between the two units. He requested the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies to pay attention to leading the units to build standards of public ethics to correct shortcomings, create positive changes in qualities, ethics, lifestyle, working skills; improve the image of cadres before the people. Detect, introduce, promote and rotate cadres. The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies needs to direct departments, branches and sectors to effectively implement support for poor communes according to the assignment, and at the same time consider this a criterion for evaluating and ranking the annual emulation of agencies and units.
