Signing of the Regulations on coordination in protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety in the electricity sector

Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of Nghe An Provincial Police, there were Colonel Le Van Thai - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, along with representatives of the Economic Security Department, Staff Department, Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department and Chiefs of District Police.

Regarding the Electricity sector, there were Mr. Bang Hong Hien - Director of Nghe An Electricity Company; Mr. Le Trong Thai - Director of Nghe An Electricity Transmission Company and members of the Board of Directors; heads of departments, offices and Directors of affiliated Electricity units.

The signing of the Coordination Regulations in protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, and fighting against crimes in the electricity sector aims to ensure the unified and centralized direction and management of the leaders of the Provincial Police, Nghe An Electricity Company and Nghe An Power Transmission. At the same time, it strengthens the responsibility between the affiliated units of the three agencies; Creates favorable conditions for implementing measures to ensure security and order in the electricity sector.

At the signing ceremony, Nghe An Power Company, Nghe An Power Transmission and the Provincial Police agreed on the following forms of coordination: Issuing documents on coordination in implementing tasks; Direct exchange, in writing, by phone or other means of communication; Organizing conferences, seminars, meetings; Coordinating at the scene when there are incidents, periodic and unexpected tasks; Other forms of coordination according to the provisions of law.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bang Hong Hien - Director of Nghe An Electricity Company, said: "Nghe An Electricity always attaches importance to protecting security and safety in its operations. The signing of the coordination regulations today not only helps improve the effectiveness of protection work, but also creates favorable conditions for the Electricity industry to perform well the task of providing stable electricity to people and businesses."

Colonel Le Van Thai - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department emphasized the importance of close cooperation between units in the context of increasingly complicated security situation. The Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department affirmed: "The coordination regulations will be a solid foundation to help us deal more effectively with security challenges, protect the safety of the power system and better serve the socio-economic development of the province".

According to the newly signed regulations, the three units will increase information exchange, coordinate in organizing drills on natural disaster prevention, fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue, etc. At the same time, take measures to prevent crimes and violations of the law in the electricity sector. This is to ensure absolute safety for electricity projects, thereby contributing to protecting national security and social order and safety.
