Signing of coordination regulations between Vietnam Rubber Industry Group and Military Region 4 Command

Recently, in Vinh City, Vietnam Rubber Industry Group and Military Region 4 Command held a signing ceremony of the Regulations on coordination in performing military, defense and economic development tasks. Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Huu Cuong - Lieutenant General, Commander of the Military Region, and representatives of the Military Commands of the provinces.

Accordingly, the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group has the task of coordinating with the Military Region 4 Command to build a national defense foundation, strictly implement the ordinance on protecting defense works and military zones, contributing to building provinces and cities with strong defense zones; Organize propaganda and education on national defense and security for cadres, civil servants and employees of the group; Help transfer rubber planting and development techniques on some idle land areas of units under Military Region 4.

The Command of Military Region 4 is responsible for directing units of the Military Region and localities with member units of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group to propagate and educate on national defense and security combined with socio-economic development, contributing to building localities into solid defense zones; Organizing and building to ensure combat operations for the militia and reserve forces of rubber companies operating in the military region; Directing local troops, militia and reserve forces to coordinate with the self-defense forces of the rubber group to protect the safety of rubber gardens, factories and infrastructure works of the group; Creating conditions for the production and business activities of rubber units in Military Region 4 to develop further.
