Celebrating the 66th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Red Cross Society and inaugurating the Relief Warehouse in Nghe An province

(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, November 21, the Nghe An Provincial Red Cross Society celebrated the 66th anniversary of the Vietnam Red Cross Society (November 23, 1946 - November 23, 2012) and cut the ribbon to inaugurate the "Nghe An Provincial Relief Warehouse".

Inheriting and promoting the achievements that the Association has achieved in the past 66 years, aiming at the goals of the Development Strategy of the Vietnam Red Cross Society and to successfully complete the 2012 work program, the entire Association focuses on promoting the following activities: Actively preparing, proactively being ready to participate in preventing and responding to natural disasters and catastrophes. Organizing well humanitarian relief activities, community-based health care and promoting the voluntary blood donation movement. Actively preparing well in all aspects to continue improving the quality and effectively implementing the Movement "Tet for the poor and Agent Orange victims 2013".

On this occasion, the Provincial Red Cross Association cut the ribbon to inaugurate the warehouse for relief goods in Nghe An province.
