Signing of regulations on coordination of fire prevention and fighting work

(Baonghean.vn) - In order to increase the effectiveness of fire prevention and fighting, on the afternoon of October 2, at Nghe An Petroleum Company, a ceremony was held to sign the coordination regulations on fire prevention and fighting between Nghe An Petroleum Company and Nghe An Provincial Fire Police, and at the same time, a fire fighting drill was jointly organized.

Attending and witnessing the signing ceremony were Mr. Thai Van Hang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Vuong Thai Dung - Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Petroleum Group, leaders of departments, branches and representatives of enterprises in the province.

The two sides signed the fire prevention and fighting coordination regulations.

According to the signed content, Nghe An Fire Police and Nghe An Petroleum Company will strengthen coordination, exchange information related to fire prevention and fighting activities, carry out information and propaganda work and build fire prevention and fighting movement; coordinate in carrying out inspection and safety check on fire prevention and fighting, urge the implementation of fire prevention and fighting work at key facilities, handle violations in the field of fire prevention and fighting; at the same time, build advanced models, reward organizations and individuals in fire prevention and fighting activities and coordinate in carrying out other tasks under the direction of all levels in the field of fire prevention and fighting.

Thereby, creating active and close cooperation and support between the two sides, contributing to improving the efficiency in performing the tasks of ensuring security and order, fire safety and rescue at units under Nghe An Petroleum Company.

Immediately after the signing ceremony, Nghe An Petroleum Company and Nghe An Provincial Fire Prevention and Fighting Police coordinated to organize a firefighting drill at Ben Thuy petroleum depot.

This is an annual activity of Nghe An Petroleum Company, helping officers and employees of Nghe An Petroleum Company review fire fighting procedures, operate on-site fire fighting equipment to promptly handle situations when incidents occur, improve coordination skills between fire fighting forces to minimize damage to people and property.
