With the aim of improving the quality of handling complaints and denunciations about the judiciary and effectively implementing Directive No. 09 of the Secretariat, Notice No. 130 of the Politburo on handling complaints and denunciations, the Inter-sectoral Coordination Regulations on handling complaints and denunciations about the judiciary include: 3 chapters, 9 articles regulating the coordination relationship between the People's Procuracy, the Police, the People's Court and the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Nghe An province according to the principles, forms and some contents on receiving, classifying, handling and managing the handling of complaints and denunciations in investigation, prosecution, trial and execution activities.
