Ky Son: Improving the efficiency of credit capital management

(Baonghean.vn) -100 trainees who are grassroots cadres, entrusted organizations, savings and loan groups in Ky Son district participated in the professional training course organized byPolicy Bank organization.

During the two days from August 9 to 10, the trainees learned the following contents: Credit programs according to the Government's regulations for the Social Policy Bank, of which there are 12 credit programs being implemented in the border district of Ky Son; Methods of entrustment through political and social organizations; Functions and tasks of the commune-level poverty reduction committee, village chief, and block chief in budget credit activities; Professional guidance for savings and loan groups.

Also at the conference, the trainees had the opportunity to directly discuss with the representative of the district Social Policy Bank about common problems in the trust activities, difficulties related to capital management, loan levels, policies for the staff working at the grassroots level... On that basis, the representative of the Ky Son district Social Policy Bank explained and discussed measures to overcome and remove difficulties in the management of entrusted loan capital.

From loan capital, many economic models have been effective.

The training course is an opportunity to equip trainees with basic knowledge as well as improve their level of trust work at the grassroots level, thereby helping to use loan capital for the right purpose, right target, and use trust capital more effectively, contributing to the effective implementation of hunger eradication and poverty reduction in Ky Son area.
