Ky Son deploys cultural and information work in 2013
(Baonghean.vn) -Today, March 1, Ky Son district held a conference to summarize the work of Culture - Information and award the Certificate of recognition of the title of Cultural Village 2012, and deploy tasks for 2013.
In 2012, Ky Son district organized cultural, information, sports and family activities with high efficiency. The district carried out research and collected documents and cultural artifacts of the three ethnic groups Thai, Kho Mu and Mong; organized two classes to teach musical instruments and folk dances of the Kho Mu ethnic group in Huoi Tho village, Huu Kiem commune with 30 students participating. Implemented the construction of a cultural house in Muong Tip commune, handed over cultural equipment to two communes of Muong Long and My Ly. Directed departments to coordinate with SAGA Hong Kong to organize a contest to learn about the Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence in some communes, villages and hamlets.
Awarding certificates to groups and individuals
In 2013, the district continued to direct and implement the Resolution of the 21st District Party Congress, the Resolution of the 20th District People's Council, the work program of the District Party Standing Committee, the targets and tasks of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Strengthening the state management of cultural activities, festivals, and cultural services. Well implementing the information and propaganda work of the campaign "Physical training following the example of great Uncle Ho" associated with the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" at the grassroots level.
On this occasion, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism awarded certificates of merit to 2 groups, including officials and people of Ta Ca commune, officials and people of Chieu Luu commune and 2 individuals. The People's Committee of Ky Son district awarded certificates of merit to 2 groups and 8 individuals and announced the decision to award the title of Cultural Unit in phase 2 to 4 units and phase 1 to 6 units.
