According to people near the scene of the accident, the car carrying cows and the motorbike were going in the same direction when they started going uphill. Because the motorbike swerved to overtake the car, it fell into the abyss.

It is known that the driver of the motorbike with license plate 37F-4290 is Moong Van May (1992), the two people sitting behind the motorbike are Lo Thi Da (1990) and Moog Thi Tham (2012), residing in Binh Son 1 village, Ta Ca commune. The cause of the accident is being investigated by the police of Ky Son district.
