Currently, in the area, there are 10 communes and units completing procedures to continue handing over the low-voltage power grid to the electricity sector for management, but the number of communes and units that have handed over is 3 times higher, while that number has not yet been returned. The situation after the handover is not invested, leading to poor electricity quality, very difficult to follow the new rural criteria. It is recommended that the province establish an inspection team to assess the current situation and provide support in the process of implementing this return. Agreeing and giving opinions on the issue of handing over and returning the rural power grid, delegate Vi Thi Kham (Con Cuong) raised the issue of implementing Circular 32, requiring original invoices and documents, which is "difficult" for the people because the electricity projects were invested decades ago, so how can there be original invoices and documents.
