(Baonghean.vn) –At 11pm on August 22, the patrol force of the Thanh Thuy - Thanh Chuong Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) discovered 7 subjects who were sawing and stealing wood from Dong Tam Company (wood was being gathered at the border gate area for inspection). When they discovered the authorities, the subjects ran away, and the patrol team pursued them. However, taking advantage of the dark and rainy night, the above subjects escaped, leaving behind evidence of 2 pieces of doi wood about 2 m long.3.
Previously, on August 21, Thanh Thuy Border Post coordinated with Forest Rangers and Border Customs to patrol the border gate area and discovered 7 ownerless round logs (sến, Tàu, Đổi), totaling about 10.6 m.3Thanh Thuy Border Guard Station has drawn up a record and handed over the evidence to the forestry agency for further investigation and handling.
