Another wave of car bombs in Baghdad
According to AFP, on the morning of July 29, a wave of car bombs occurred in and outside the capital Baghdad, killing at least 29 people and injuring 129.
Security and medical sources said nine car bombs exploded in seven different areas of Baghdad, five of them predominantly Shiite, and one in Mahmudiyah, south of the capital.
In addition, two bombs exploded in Kut, southeast of the capital Baghdad.
With these new bombings, more than 770 people were killed in the wave of violence in Iraq in July and since the beginning of the year, more than 3,000 people have been killed./.
