Specifically, the total number of technical services (DVKT) proposed to be amended and supplemented includes 198/2545 DVKT approved under Decision 72 of the Provincial People's Committee. Of which, 54 DVKT proposed to increase prices compared to the current price and 08 DVKT reduced prices; 11 DVKT revised prices and changed names; 95 DVKT that were not previously on the list were proposed to be supplemented; 16 DVKT revised names and kept the same price; 12 DVKT abolished. The average collection rate after amendments and supplements compared to the maximum level prescribed in Joint Circular No. 04/2012/TTLT-BYT-BTC of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance is 75%. Two medical examination and treatment services in the list of new technical developments in the field of oncology will also be added, including sterile room bed service for stem cell transplantation and irradiation of whole blood and blood components.

Regarding 2 services in the field of oncology, which are not yet included in the technical list prescribed by the Ministry of Health, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Departments of Finance, Health, and Social Insurance to coordinate with the Provincial Oncology Hospital to temporarily implement in the coming time, promptly ensuring the rights of patients.
