(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 30, the Provincial Party Committee continued its meeting under the chairmanship of comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Provincial Party Committee Secretary to evaluate 3 years of implementing Directive 03 and directives of the Politburo and the Central Secretariat on ideological work in schools.

Attending the meeting were comrades Le Quang Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Committees and provincial-level branches.

Implementing Directive 03 of the Politburo on "Promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example", many Party Committees, agencies and units in the province have made efforts to carry out assigned tasks; the majority of people as well as cadres and civil servants are clearly aware of their responsibilities in performing their duties.

After 3 years of implementing Directive 03, the Provincial Party Committee has widely organized and deployed seminars on studying and following Uncle Ho's moral example in conjunction with implementing Resolution 4 of the Central Committee "Some urgent issues on party building today"; Recently, units and localities have been implementing Directive 17 of the Provincial Party Committee on "Strengthening discipline and administrative discipline in agencies and units in the province". In that process, many typical examples of cadres, civil servants, party members and the masses "following" Uncle Ho with specific and practical actions have appeared. Many models of mutual assistance in borrowing capital, working days, and saving to help the poor have been effectively implemented at all levels. At the same time, in the movement of joining hands to build new rural areas, many individuals and families have donated land and contributed a lot of money, creating a widespread influence.

At the Conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee also listened to and gave opinions on "Summary of 15 years of implementing Directive 34 of the Politburo (VIII term) and 10 years of implementing Directive 40 of the Secretariat (IX term). During the implementation of the above directives, attention was paid to improving political and ideological education and moral training for teachers, students and pupils at all levels. The work of building Party cells in schools was focused on both quantity and quality. The level of educational management staff was improved; the work of fostering and creating sources for the Party from pupils and pupils was focused on by schools.

The Provincial Party Secretary said that studying and following the example of President Ho Chi Minh is the task of every cadre, party member and people. This work must be carried out regularly and long-term to contribute to building an increasingly developed socio-economic system and taking care of a better life.

Regarding the results of implementing Directive 34 of the Politburo (VIII tenure) and Directive 40 of the Secretariat (IX tenure), the Provincial Party Secretary requested that party committees, education sectors and localities prepare to organize a summary in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 29 (November 1, 2013) of the 11th Party Central Committee Conference on "Fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration".
