The leader of Nghe An Forestry Department had to admit that: "In the history of Nghe An Forestry, such a situation has never happened." But that was the "black list" of 2011, and from the beginning of 2012 until now, the list of forest rangers who violated the law has become longer.

Recently (April 13), the police investigation agency decided to prosecute the defendant Le Quang Thang, Deputy Head of Do Luong Forest Protection Department, for accepting bribes. And through investigation, it is known that in the near future, more forest rangers and civil servants in Que Phong will be disciplined for allowing illegal logging in the Hua Na Hydropower Plant area...

"Are the qualifications and ethics of many forest rangers and civil servants problematic?" - That was the doubt and worry of the provincial leaders in the recent meeting with departments, branches, sectors and leaders of the Forestry Sub-Department. In particular, the provincial leaders were very frank in criticizing the phenomenon of covering up for some forest rangers and civil servants who showed signs of violations... To clean up the forest rangers, the important and necessary task at present is to strengthen education, raise awareness, ethics and qualities of forest rangers.
