Spreading new confidence, spirit and expectations, making Nghe An a national growth pole

Attending the 20th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, I clearly felt the spirit of innovation, democracy and high responsibility. This term's Congress has demonstrated a strong breakthrough, from the political report of the Provincial Party Committee to the comments and contributions to the Documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party. The contents are closely related to reality, pointing out many issues that need to be resolved immediately and long-term strategic directions for the development of the province.

What I am particularly pleased with is the determination to strive to make Nghe An a fairly developed province in the country, with a high average income in the new term 2025 - 2030. This is not only a great goal but also a legitimate aspiration of the Party Committee, government and people of the province.

To realize the Congress Resolution, I hope that the province will soon concretize it with practical projects and action programs, especially focusing on the Western Nghe An region with specific policies. Prioritize investment in infrastructure, resettlement, and stabilization of life for people in difficult areas. At the same time, it is necessary to remove obstacles in implementing the two-level government, arrange enough staff, qualified officials, invest in facilities and public housing so that officials can work with peace of mind.

As a delegate attending the Congress, I will spread the spirit I have learned at the Congress; convey important contents and decisions to cadres, party members and local people; together unify awareness and consensus in action, turning political determination into a vibrant revolutionary movement.

As the Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Keng Du border commune, I will work with the local Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and political organizations to research and implement specific tasks, in conjunction with promoting propaganda, mobilization, and arousing the will to be self-reliant, self-reliant, and rise up of cadres, party members and people. In order to promote potentials and advantages, gradually improve the living standards, and keep pace with the general development of the province.

We believe that, with the spirit of the Congress spreading widely, together with the unity of the entire Party, people and army, Nghe An will successfully implement the Resolution, soon realizing the aspiration to rise strongly and sustainably.

The 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, has left a deep impression on the spirit of solidarity, intelligence, responsibility and aspiration to rise strongly. The dedicated instructions of Comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, together with the speeches and discussions of the leaders of the province, departments, branches and localities have affirmed the high level of theory combined with practice. The opinions have supplemented and clarified the orientation, goals and major solutions, creating a solid foundation for Nghe An to break through, develop rapidly and sustainably in the new period.

I am particularly impressed with the Congress theme: "Building a clean and strong Party organization and political system; comprehensive innovation; breakthrough development, turning Nghe An into a fairly developed province, with national growth in the new era of development".This is the crystallization of the will, aspiration and political determination of the entire Party Committee, and at the same time sets out the requirement for drastic and creative action in the 2025 - 2030 term.

Notably, among the three strategic breakthroughs identified by the Congress, there are two contents that coincide with the development orientation of Tien Dong commune: human resource development and infrastructure. The unity and consensus from the province to the grassroots are creating more confidence and motivation for the Party Committee and people of Tien Dong commune to focus on removing "bottlenecks", improving the quality of cadres and civil servants, meeting the requirements of two-level government; at the same time, focusing on infrastructure investment, creating a foundation to promote development.

On that basis, Tien Dong commune clearly defines its responsibilities: Arousing the strength of solidarity, promoting the spirit of self-reliance and consensus of cadres, party members and people; renewing development thinking, considering science - technology, innovation, digital transformation as the main driving force; taking Nghe An culture and people as a sustainable foundation for development in the common spirit of the province.

As a delegate attending the Congress, I am deeply aware of my responsibility to convey the Congress spirit to all cadres, party members and local people, turning political determination into a concrete action movement.

We believe that, with the leadership of the province and the consensus of the grassroots, the Congress Resolution will soon come into life, contributing to realizing Nghe An's aspirations to rise in the new era of development.

I believe that the 20th Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, is truly a Congress of intelligence, creativity and innovation. Digital transformation has been strongly applied in the organizational stages, bringing delegates convenient and interesting experiences. The innovation of the Congress is demonstrated by the fact that delegates are provided with documents early, the Congress follows a paperless model, and the roll call is checked via electronic devices to ensure the highest safety for delegates. The preparation and organization of the Congress is very thoughtful, scientific, methodical, not ostentatious, wasteful, and suitable for the current local situation.

The Congress focused on the core, substantive contents, which were discussing documents, especially the Political Report of the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee presented to the 20th Congress and comments on the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress.

The orientations, goals, tasks and solutions set forth by the Congress all originate from reality, linked to the potential and advantages of the province, keeping up with the general development trend of the country; as well as the driving indicators and key solutions to successfully implement the Congress Resolution... At the same time, attention is also paid to personnel work, the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee has developed a personnel project with many innovations, comprehensiveness, representativeness and inheritance, quality, ensuring democracy...

With many innovations and high political determination, we hope that after this Congress, as the motto has been set out: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", our province will have a real breakthrough to accelerate Nghe An's development, realizing the wish of beloved Uncle Ho for Nghe An to soon become a fairly developed province, a national growth pole.

I found that the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, was not only thoughtful and scientific in its organization, but the presentations at the Congress were also of interest to many delegates. The presentations were of high quality and intellectual, specifying the fields, closely following the targets set out in the Political Report presented to the Congress; clarifying the achievements of the province in the past term, as well as solutions to ensure sustainable development. At the same time, through the presentations, many issues mentioned in the documents presented to the 20th Provincial Party Congress continued to be clarified, demonstrating the enthusiasm and responsibility of the delegates for the development of the province and the country.

In particular, I appreciate the presentations that have clarified the spirit of innovation and solidarity within the entire Party to build a developed province, taking people's satisfaction as a measure and standard in all activities...

In addition, the contents of the presentations clarified the key tasks and solutions, comprehensive innovation, breakthrough development, political determination from the province to the grassroots, realizing the aspiration to become a fairly developed province and a national growth pole in the new development era.

As a female delegate representing ethnic minorities, I am very honored and proud to participate in the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. With confidence and expectation, I hope that from the success of this Congress, Party committees at all levels will continue to have solutions to mobilize strength and comprehensive intelligence, make breakthrough decisions, be close to reality and bring practical benefits to the people, as well as meet the requirements of local socio-economic development; soon turn Nghe An into a well-off province of the country, a national growth pole as the goal set by the Congress.

I hope that, after the Congress, the Provincial Party Executive Committee will develop an action program to soon put the Resolution into practice, set goals to promote the building and rectification of the Party and a clean and strong political system; propose effective solutions to attract, utilize and promote the capacity of talented people in the political system, thereby improving the quality of cadres and civil servants. I hope that comrades in the Provincial Party Executive Committee will pay attention to implementing many solutions to develop the economy in remote and isolated areas, focus on vocational training, create livelihoods for people, especially ethnic minorities, contribute to sustainable poverty reduction, and shorten the gap between urban and rural areas.

In addition, we should pay attention to promoting the role of the Fatherland Front in propagating, mobilizing, and gathering people of all walks of life in building the great national unity bloc. At the same time, we should create more favorable conditions in terms of mechanisms and policies in monitoring and criticism activities, so that the voice of the Front and mass organizations can become an important information channel of the Party and the government.
