Spreading the movement of giving and hanging the national flag at religious establishments in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the policy of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Nghe An province, on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2), many localities across the province organized activities to present and hang the national flag at religious establishments.
In order to strengthen the solidarity between religions and non-religious people and promote the strength of the great national solidarity bloc, the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Nghe An province have issued a policy to organize a campaign to present and hangnational flagat religious establishments. On the occasion of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2) this year, many religious establishments and Catholic families in the province were awarded and hung the national flag.

Do Luong District is one of the leading localities in implementing the policy of presenting and hanging national flags at religious establishments. On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Do Luong District presented 100 national flags to Linh Son Parish (belonging to Bot Da Parish).
Previously, the 76th anniversaryAugust RevolutionSuccessfully (August 19, 2021), Do Luong district also awarded 300 national flags to Thuong Cat parish and Trung Hau parish (belonging to Son La parish).

Ms. Vuong Thi Quy - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Do Luong district said: "With 400 national flags awarded to thereligious institutionin the area has contributed to making the roads and residential areas more brilliant during the country's important holidays. At the same time, it demonstrates the solidarity between religions and non-religious people, joining hands and hearts to build the homeland.
In Con Cuong district, the Youth Union of Yen Khe commune was supported by the Provincial Youth Union with 100 national flags to build the Great Unity Flag Road and present them to Con Cuong parish (belonging to Quang Lang parish). Accordingly, nearly 20 flags were hung at the church of the parish and the families of parishioners in the area on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the August Revolution andNational Day September 2nd.
