The Central Committee for Mass Mobilization leaders reviewed self-criticism and criticism.

On October 17, in Hanoi, the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization held a conference to review self-criticism and criticism of the collective and individual leaders of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) "Some urgent issues on Party building at present".

Comrade Ha Thi Khiet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization chaired the Conference. Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Lam, Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Organization, Head of the Central Committee's working group, and comrades representing the Central Committees of the Party attended the Conference.

Speaking at the opening of the Conference, comrade Ha Thi Khiet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, affirmed: The self-criticism and criticism of the collective and individual leaders of the Committee aims to effectively implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure), creating a clear change in the work of Party building and rectification, building a clean and strong agency, focusing on closely following the urgent issues raised in the Resolution of the Central Committee, directives and plans of the Politburo.

To prepare for the conference to review self-criticism and collective and individual criticism of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization's leaders according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th term), the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization organized the study, research, and thorough dissemination of the basic and important contents of the Resolution to all cadres and party members in the agency.

The Central Committee for Mass Mobilization organized a consultation for opinions from agencies and units on the collective and individual leaders of the Committee. As a result, there were 102 opinions from the collective and 40 opinions from individuals on the collective and individual leaders of the Committee. The opinions were contributed to the collective and individuals with a sincere, frank, and constructive attitude. The content of the comments focused on urgent issues according to the Central Resolution 4 (term XI).

In order for the Conference on self-criticism and criticism to achieve substantive results, comrade Ha Thi Khiet requested that the leaders of the Committee uphold their sense of responsibility, speak frankly, responsibly, truly democratically, and sincerely build for the purity and strength of the Party, focusing on clarifying the limitations, shortcomings, defects, and responsibilities of the collective and individual leaders of the Committee.

According to the program, the Conference will work until October 20./.
