Hospital leaders reflect concerns about health insurance payments to People's Council delegates

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung - Director of the Provincial Oncology Hospital pointed out a number of problems and difficulties in implementing medical examination and treatment under the health insurance regime.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Head of the Culture - Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Thi Lan requested the hospital to pay attention to coordinating with relevant sectors and units to resolve existing problems and difficulties in implementing the health insurance fund, develop plans and effectively use the health insurance fund assigned to the budget.
Hospitals also need to promote the application of information technology, reform administrative procedures, create the most favorable conditions for patients when handling procedures; improve the quality of medical examination and treatment.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan also said that the hospital needs to proactively mobilize capital sources from the Central, the province and socialization to complete and put into use the Nuclear Medicine Radiotherapy Center, creating favorable conditions and reducing costs for patients as well as saving the province's fund when patients do not have to go to higher levels...
