(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 2, Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Kim Tien visited Vinh City General Hospital - the first autonomous hospital model in Nghe An province.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Truong - Director of Vinh City General Hospital introduced the first autonomous hospital model in Nghe An; with the outstanding achievements that the hospital has achieved in recent times.
