Previously, on October 24, 2012, the Criminal Investigation Department of Nghe An Police in coordination with the Criminal Investigation Department of Military Region 4 extradited a particularly dangerous wanted person from Lao PDR after 12 years of hiding to the Investigation Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police.

Here, Tran Ngoc Phuong is the owner of a forest products processing enterprise.
