(Baonghean.vn) -On the occasion of the 68th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, on the morning of August 30, leaders of Quynh Luu district and Hoang Mai town held an incense and flower offering ceremony at the martyrs' cemetery of the district and town.

During the two resistance wars against the French and the Americans, thousands of people in Quynh Luu district left to defend the Fatherland, gain independence and freedom for the nation. In recent years, with the philosophy of "When drinking water, remember its source", the Party Committee and people of Quynh Luu and Hoang Mai town have promoted the "work of repaying gratitude" in many forms such as: Building gratitude houses, helping families with preferential policies to develop the economy and stabilize their lives; receiving lifelong care for Vietnamese heroic mothers; organizing visits and giving gifts to families with preferential policies and relatives of martyrs on holidays and New Year's... After the incense and flower offering ceremony, leaders and students of Quynh Xuan Secondary School burned incense on the graves at the cemetery.
