Leaders of Xay Cham Phon district (Laos) wish a Happy New Year to Anh Son district

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of February 3, a delegation of Xaychampon district officials, Bolykhamxay province, Lao PDR, led by comrade Kham Keo, Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of Xaychampon district, visited and wished Anh Son district a Happy New Year on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2015.

Xaychampon district leaders presented gifts and congratulated Anh Son district on celebrating the traditional national New Year.

At the meeting, on behalf of the delegation, comrade Kham Keo thanked Anh Son district for its attention and support to Xaychampon district in the past time and affirmed that in the coming time, Xaychampon district will further strengthen the friendship and special solidarity between the two districts. On the occasion of the traditional New Year of the Vietnamese people, the leaders of Xaychampon district presented gifts and New Year greetings to the Party Committee, government and people of Anh Son district.

On behalf of the leaders of Anh Son district, comrade Le Hong Vinh, Secretary of the District Party Committee, thanked Xaychampon district for the gifts and best wishes for the cadres, party members and people of Anh Son district on the occasion of the New Year. Comrade Le Hong Vinh hoped that the people of the two districts and the two countries of Laos and Vietnam, which share a common border, would continue to make every effort to foster the Vietnam - Laos friendship "forever green and everlasting". On this occasion, the Secretary of the District Party Committee presented flowers and gifts to Mr. Kham Keo, his wife and members of the delegation. At the same time, he accepted the invitation and in the coming time, he will arrange work for the leaders of Anh Son district to visit Xay Cham Phon district.
