(NAO) On the evening of the 30th of the Lunar New Year, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, led by Secretary Nguyen The Trung, visited the Provincial General Hospital, Nghe An Electricity, and the Provincial Radio and Television Station to wish a happy new year. Accompanying them were Standing Deputy Secretary Hoang Xuan Luong and Chairman Phan Dinh Trac of the Provincial People's Committee. Here, the delegation listened to the leaders of the units report on the operation situation in 2007, especially during the period before Tet 2008. Currently, the Provincial General Hospital still has 181 emergency patients being treated. The electricity sector is also trying to overcome the overloaded electricity usage of the people, ensuring that the VNTelecom telephone network is not congested. Nghe An Radio and Television Station has also focused on the live teleconference program.
Acknowledging the efforts of the staff here, on behalf of the delegation, the Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated all efforts and at the same time hoped that the units would further improve their responsibilities to complete their tasks well, ensuring that all people have a peaceful and happy Tet holiday.
