(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 22, the provincial leaders welcomed the working delegation led by Comrade Nguyen Thi Doan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to visit and work in Nghe An.
