At the meeting, representatives of the Nghe Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City reported on outstanding activities in recent times. For nearly 10 years of operation, the Nghe An Business Association has promoted intellectual capacity to develop careers and protect legitimate development rights; actively contributing to economic - scientific, cultural - social cooperation between Ho Chi Minh City and the two provinces of Nghe An - Ha Tinh.
Currently, Nghe Tinh Business Association has nearly 400 members, operating in many fields of production and business. In particular, with a heart towards the homeland, many successful businesses have invested in programs and projects in Nghe An.
Of the 45 projects of enterprises from Ho Chi Minh City investing in Nghe An, 2/3 are enterprises belonging to the Nghe Tinh Business Association.

Talking to Nghe Tinh businesses, comrade Ho Duc Phoc affirmed the pride of the Party Committee, government and people of the province when many Nghe An businesses are successful in many localities, including Ho Chi Minh City.
The Provincial Party Secretary also shared with businesses about the difficulties in the current period and hoped that businesses would promote the spirit of solidarity and cooperation, continue to invest, and mobilize other businesses to invest in their homeland.
Currently, along with the implementation of Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the direction and tasks of developing Nghe An province until 2020, the province is stepping up the work of reviewing and supplementing the socio-economic development plan. In this process, the province needs many investment resources to pave the way for Nghe An to strive to become a fairly developed province in the Northern region by 2015, creating the foundation for Nghe An to basically become an industrial, financial, commercial, tourism, educational-training, scientific-technological, medical, cultural, sports, and high-tech industrial province of the North Central region by 2020.
