(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 7, a working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of the province led by Comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee visited and extended New Year greetings to the Military Command 4 and Vinh City Party Committee on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of At Mui. At Military Region 4, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee and cadres and people of Nghe An province, comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee sent New Year greetings to cadres, officers and soldiers of Military Region IV on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2015. The Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the contributions of the Military Region's armed forces in the past time to ensure national defense and security, socio-economic development, help people eliminate hunger and reduce poverty, build new rural areas, prevent and overcome the consequences of natural disasters, catastrophes, search and rescue in the locality. The Military Region 4 armed forces also actively propagated and raised people's vigilance to effectively fight against all plots and sabotage tricks of hostile forces, thereby forming a position of people's hearts and building a solid rear.

Therefore, Vinh City needs to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity and collaboration, contributing to the development of the province, successfully implementing Resolution 26 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for the development of Nghe An province until 2020.
