Nghe An provincial leaders inspect the reality at Vinh city Public Administration Service Center
Faced with the sudden increase in the number of people coming to the Vinh City Public Administration Service Center (Dinh Cong Trang Street), at times there was a backlog of administrative documents, on the morning of April 1, Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee came to inspect the situation and urge solutions to quickly resolve administrative procedures for people and businesses.
The working group included comrade Nguyen Viet Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, leaders of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council; Office of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of the Vinh City People's Committee.


Previously, on March 26,Nghe An Newspaper has an article reflecting "The number of people doing land procedures in Vinh City has increased dramatically".The main reason for the overload at the Vinh City Public Administration Service Center is due to new changes in the 2024 Land Law, leading to an increase in the number of people coming to do procedures.
According to statistics from the Vinh City Public Administration Service Center, over 60% of them are related to land such as registration of secured transactions, land title separation for children, buying and selling, some are records of changing the purpose of garden land to residential land; the rest are records of business registration, construction permits, education, health and household registration...
Here, Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee talked with many people coming to do administrative procedures, grasping the people's thoughts and reflections. Many people reflected on the serious working spirit of city officials and some procedures outside the land sector were resolved quickly.


Some people want Vinh city to increase its staff to be able to resolve the issue more promptly. Some others recommend that all levels continue to reform administrative procedures in the field of granting and exchanging land use right certificates...
Comrade Bui Thanh An shared the reality of many people having to wait when doing administrative procedures. He also hoped that people would sympathize and share with city officials when the number of people coming to do procedures increased dramatically, while Dinh Cong Trang Street was being upgraded and widened. The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also hoped that people would carefully study the ways to do administrative procedures online to ensure smoothness and speed.

Discussing with leaders and staff of Vinh City Public Administration Service Center, Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the sense of responsibility for working overtime of the center's officials and civil servants. He also requested Vinh City Public Administration Service Center to propose to the leaders of Vinh City People's Committee to increase staff to handle administrative procedures more conveniently and quickly for people and businesses. At the same time, research to reduce and shorten at least 40% of the time to handle administrative procedures compared to current regulations under the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested that the Vinh City Public Administration Service Center should arrange more staff to guide people to complete procedures to avoid mistakes, and at the same time coordinate forces to ensure security and order at the center.


Comrade Bui Thanh An also suggested that the City People's Committee consult with the Department of Home Affairs to open more offices to receive administrative procedures for people in other places, to reduce the load on the main center on Dinh Cong Trang street.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also emphasized that in the process of arranging the two-level local government, the Department of Home Affairs needs to advise the Central Government and the province to arrange a reasonable system of Public Administrative Service Centers to best serve the people and avoid overload as it is now.
