Provincial leaders visit and give gifts to families of traffic accident victims
(Baonghean.vn) - Responding to the "World Day of Remembrance for Traffic Accident Victims", on November 17, Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee visited and presented gifts to families of traffic accident victims in Vinh City.
Also attending were representatives of the Provincial Police Department; Provincial Traffic Safety Committee Office and Transport Inspectorate.

At the families of the 5 victims: Nguyen Quang Vinh (born in 1960) in Block 8, Trung Do Ward; Phan Quoc Quan (born in 1977) in Quang Tien Block, Hung Binh Ward; Mai Thi Hoa (born in 1962) in Dong Lam Block, Hung Dung Ward; Dang Thi Thuy Hang (born in 1992) in Nghi Phu Commune, who died in traffic accidents and victim Phan Dang Ky (born in 1957), who suffered an accident that led to paralysis in Block 8, Quang Trung Ward, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his condolences, deep sympathy and encouraged the families of the victims to overcome the pain and stabilize their lives.
