On behalf of the JICA delegation, Mr. Tsuno - Director of JICA Kansai Center sincerely thanked the leaders of Nghe An province for the warm welcome. On the occasion of the Vi Dam folk song being recognized by UNESCO and honored as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity, Mr. Tsuno congratulated Nghe An province; at the same time, he hoped that the Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee would continue to pay attention to the field of cooperation to promote the cooperative relationship between the two sides to be more practical and effective. He highly appreciated the results that Nghe An has achieved in recent times and the results of some projects invested by JICA that are developing very effectively, hoping that JICA's cooperation projects will receive better cooperation from the province. In his new position as Director of JICA Kansai Center, Mr. Tsuno introduced a number of fields and products that the Kansai region is strong in and pledged to support the province in promoting investment and development projects in the coming time, especially projects managed by JICA Kansai.
