(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of Christmas, leaders of Vinh city and Quynh Luu came to congratulate priests, dignitaries, officials and parishioners of parishes.

* On the occasion of Christmas 2014, on the morning of December 23, Quynh Luu district organized 4 working delegations to visit, congratulate and give gifts to 12 priests in the district.

Quynh Luu district currently has 12 parishes, 32 parishes living in 15 communes and towns with 7,500 parishioners. In the past year, the lives of parishioners have improved, with average income per capita reaching 17 million VND/person/year; the poverty rate has decreased to 14%; the rate of cultural families has reached 65.5%; 9/51 residential areas have maintained the title of cultural village. Economic, cultural, social life, national defense and security have been maintained.
