Vinh City leaders give gifts to policy families
(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 65th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27, the delegation of the Vinh City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front led by comrade Pham Anh Tuan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee - Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee visited and presented gifts to typical units and families of policy beneficiaries.
At units and families of policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions, city leaders visited and encouraged families to overcome difficulties and losses to stabilize their family lives, and expressed deep gratitude to families with revolutionary contributions and those who sacrificed their blood and bones to regain independence and freedom for the Fatherland.
On this occasion, the City presented gifts to the Center for Nursing Seriously Wounded Soldiers, the Center for Nursing Mentally Wounded Soldiers and 25 gifts to 25 outstanding people in the city, with a total value of 25 million VND.
