US Consulate in Türkiye under fire

Türkiye's Cihan news agency reported that on August 10, two attackers opened fire at the US consulate in Istanbul, Türkiye.

The two attackers fled immediately after police opened fire in return.

The suspects involved in the attack on the US consulate in Istanbul's Sariyer district include one man and one woman. There have been no casualties in the attack.

On the same day, Türkiye's Dogan news agency reported that an explosion occurred at a police station in the city of Sultanbeyli, near Istanbul, killing three people and injuring at least 10 others.
