The above-mentioned historical sites related to the journey and career of Truc Lam Tam To are distributed across many relics in all three provinces, creating a unique religious and cultural space. Among them, the Con Son-Kiep Bac-Thanh Mai relic complex of Hai Duong holds a very important position, because these are the places that have marked the life of practicing the religion of Truc Lam Tam To and the merits of the ancestors such as Tran Nhan Tong, Phap Loa, Huyen Quang in building and embellishing the relics and propagating the Dharma.

Previously, in document No. 555/BVHTTDL-DSVH submitted to the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism stated: "It is necessary to study and establish a dossier on the Yen Tu relic and scenic complex in close connection with the relic and scenic areas in the Dong Trieu arc to ensure the integrity and contribute to increasing the outstanding global value of the criteria proposed for UNESCO to recognize the world heritage."

The process of building the heritage dossier for the Yen Tu complex will be divided into two phases. Phase 1 from now until February 1, 2016, will strive to complete the nomination dossier. Phase 2 from February 2016 to June 2017, will promote and introduce the heritage domestically and internationally and welcome international experts to conduct field assessments.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province has assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to conduct research, together with the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the two provinces of Quang Ninh and Bac Giang to consider, based on the suggestions of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with the participation of scientists to preliminarily form the core contents, provide specific contents, to prepare a Heritage Profile to submit to the Government.

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Duong, if the Yen Tu relic complex (including relics in Hai Duong) is recognized as a world heritage site, it will have great significance, raising the cultural and religious value of the relic complex from national to international level; at the same time, promoting the heritage value of culture, landscape, beliefs, religion, and tourism of the three provinces in general and Hai Duong in particular.
