When they arrived at Tran Van On Street, the couple stopped at a coffee shop. The woman went inside and talked to the owner, saying she wanted to sell the iPhone she had just found for a cheap price of only 2 million VND.

Knowing this was their trick, when the coffee shop owner finished the transaction, the “knights” split up to follow the suspect, some stayed at the coffee shop to check the phone. When they checked, they discovered that the iPhone was fake and unusable.

At this time, the “knights” chased and forced the suspect’s car to stop. Both of them had 5 fake iPhones, a Samsung phone and more than 20 million VND on them.

According to the couple Lan and Tien, they transferred money to some people in the North to buy fake phones and then transferred them to Ho Chi Minh City. Then the two suspects took the phones and sold them with the trick of "finding them so selling them cheap".
